How do we know? Because we have a yoga teacher-cum-runner-cum triathlete in the team, and she teaches yoga for athletes! AND…

Congratulations to Laura who completed another ultramarathon and, more recently, a triathlon. Such an amazing achievement!

Laura knows that yoga for athletes is essential. She said: “Yoga complements running and other sports extremely well as it helps target overused muscles, addresses imbalances in the body and aids injury rehabilitation.

“It also increases mobility and flexibility, which improves sports performance and reduces the chance of injury. Plus, it’s great for focus and breathwork. If you do sports of any kind, yoga should definitely be in your training schedule!”

We know we have a fair few athletes in our yogi crew and we hope you all find yoga hugely beneficial to your sporting endeavours.
