If you do not cancel your booking at least 3 hours before the class starts, or you fail to attend class, a fee of £5 will be charged to your account.
All account charges are to be settled before attending your next class.
You can make a class cancellation in our LANO Yoga app under the tab Bookings, via email or telephone.
If you persistently fail to cancel classes you cannot attend, your booking rights will be suspended.
