- In an unheated 1-1, you can choose from the following styles of yoga : Classic Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga and Flow Yoga
Heated 60 / 75 Minutes
- In this heated 1-1 you will be guided through our 26&2 set sequence which includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practised in a room heated to 40 degrees.
Private Classes
Our highly skilled teachers at LANO offer individualised private classes that are specifically tailored to your needs. The sessions range from an introduction into the foundations of 26&2, Classic or Restorative yoga to a 1-to-1 session to work on a specific posture or deepen your practice, as well as pregnancy and postnatal specific classes.
