Flow

Suitable for all 75/60 Minutes

LANO Flow classes are based upon the principle of linking your movements and breath, one flowing into the next. You can expect the style of flow to vary between our teachers, from slower alignment focused classes to more dynamic sequences that work towards a peak posture. What each class has in common is the aim to help you become aware of your breath and find a little more ease in your body than when you walked in.

Please don’t stress, our friendly team are here to make sure you feel comfortable. Show up and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you are joining a hot class, make sure you wear breathable clothes as it gets hot and humid! Most students tend to wear shorts and t-shirt/vest.
