I am so glad that I signed up to the Lano online membership this winter, especially through lockdown! The teachers are all brilliant and really encourage you to listen to what your body needs. The emphasis on breathing and self-care in all of the classes I attend (usually Classic and Slow sessions) I find nourishing, grounding and a great way to help me with self-care. Working from home has been tough at times, but after a Lano class online I always feel better. Thank you Lano team – keep doing what you are doing!
